Nov 02 2008 Guild Direction?
by Cablespider | 91 Views | 0 Replies
I started a very important topic about the future of the guild. Please don't make it out to be something it's not. It's a serious topic about the current state of the guild and the dwindling number of active players. It's taking it's toll and needs to be addressed. It's an opportunity to step up, voice your opinion and be heard. Please take the time to do so. If you can care less about direction, that's fine. Just make it known which side of the fence you belong on. No hard feelings either way.

Armed Insanity is a gaming community not dedicated to any one game. We will never just play one game...period! If this gaming adventure fizzles for whatever reason, there are still plenty of other games we can play together. Armed Insanity has always been about getting on TS, playing games and having fun together.

I started a topic in the The War Room concerning the Guild Vault, Taxes and Tithing. I also pointed out the location of the Vault Keeper. Get involved in the discussion......

And so we meet again. A big 'Welcome Back' to former AoC guild members joining us in Warhammer Online.

I met up with Batista, Favas, Meru, Seres and Sinea in Altdorf for the creation of the guild. Seres covered the cost and Armed Insanity was born (Thanks Bro!). I anticipate great things for the guild. AoC is a good indication of how things will be in WAR. We worked well together and accomplished a lot. We'll take our time for now, feel our way through T1 and start making big plans once we hit T2. There is lots to do and plenty to see.

I'm happy you all decided to group up in WAR. I missed your company and it's a pleasure to be able to fight by your side once again! No mercy for the enemy! WAAAAAAAGH!

Aug 25 2008 Warhammer Weekend
by Cablespider | 574 Views | 21 Replies
It was a kick ass weekend with WAR! Waiting for launch is going to be tough.

I was hoping to see more people during WAR Weekend. I don't know who else got into preview weekend other than Pop, Favas and Seres. So now the dilemma seems to be...what side do we roll on? I have to say, choosing a class in WAR is tough. I liked them all.

If you plan on attending launch with us, please get involved in the daily discussions about the guilds future with WAR. We have a hot topic going in the member forums.

Aug 17 2008 Good times ahead?

I've been bummed over the last few weeks for having bailed on the guild. AoC just got under my skin at some point and I couldn't get myself to log on anymore. I hate the way Failcom treats it's customers. A few of us jumped on the Warhammer bandwagon since then. I expected to see some backlash due to my decision but it was actually much worse. Most members weren't coming around at all. Teamspeak was dead...the site was dead. All hope had been lost. The guild members that joined Armed Insanity kicked ass! Not being able to socialize with them anymore made leaving the game tough. It made my decision even tougher to deal with. I enjoy the social aspect of MMO's. The whole process of getting to know people and making friends is cool to me. I missed that once I left.

This evening, guildies began showing up here at the site. Although it was only a few members, it was enough to make me smile while replying to their posts because I enjoyed my time with ...... Read More
